    • It’s a 900 mile/13+ hour drive, sometimes through different weather systems, that may have changes in fronts that can be unpredictable. Summer & into fall are the most reliable times for travel. Even then I’ve been caught in torrential downpours on 70 mph highways, driving 35-40 mph. Flying is definitely the way to go, but driving saves money plus no need for a rental car. If it was cross-country, 2500 miles I definitely would fly.
